About the job
As Field Force Manager, you are Hyundai’s representative towards dealers / workshops in all matters relating to the business relationship regarding the after sales between the parties. You will develop the business through physical and digital meetings and work to maximize profitability by working in accordance with the brand's guidelines. Within your area of responsibility, is also to serve as the natural link between the head office and the dealer network.
Naturally, you will spend a lot of your working time out in the field visiting dealers. Frequent overnight stays are expected. Your base is your home office, although you would be able to stop by our two offices at any time : our head office in Solna and the other office in Malmö. The role reports to the Head of Aftersales.
