About the position
As Head of Business Development, you will identify and uncover potential growth opportunities, empowering sales teams through impactful training, and shape the future of digital development.
You will lead a dynamic team, identify growth opportunities, and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.
Main responsibilities
- Lead a global, diverse team with varied experiences.
- Drive market analysis and research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, uncovering potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and support the implementation of strategic plans to enter new markets or expand existing ones.
- Lead digital development initiatives within SSAB Special Steels, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation, enhancing sales efficiency and customer experience.
- Deliver training sessions, primarily to the sales team.
