System Engineer with a focus on M365 (m / f / d)

Your new job

You are the technical heart of our M365 projects and ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. With your expertise, you optimize M365 services and contribute to the successful implementation of IT solutions.

Up close and personal! Management and optimization of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive - in direct contact with our customers.
Implementation and maintenance of M365 solutions to improve our customers' IT infrastructure
Growing together! Supporting the integration of Jamf and Okta to ensure a seamless user experience.
Error analysis, end-user support and ensuring data security and integrity.
Do! You develop and standardize M365 solutions and successfully roll them out to our customers.
Work closely with other teams to understand technical requirements and implement them optimally
Proactively analyze and optimize existing IT infrastructures to provide our customers with the best possible solutions

The position requires a willingness to travel to meet various customers and the team on a regular basis.

Your expertise and passion for IT engineering are the key to moving our customers and us forward. With these qualifications, you make the difference :

You call us nerds? That's a good thing! You have several years of experience in working with Microsoft 365 and in the administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.

Experience in customer contact at an IT system house or service provider - you attach great importance to customer satisfaction and service-oriented action

You see measurable goals as valuable support in your daily work and stay on point even in stressful situations.

Come as you are! With your authentic personality and excellent communication skills (fluent in German and confident in English), you gain the trust of our customers and colleagues.

You have knowledge of the following technologies :

Microsoft M365 Cloud, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, PowerShell, Power Automate

MS Teams VoIP / Teams telephony

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / for Office 365 + Attack Simulation / for Cloud Apps

Experience with ticket systems as a service management solution

Growing together! Ideally, you already have experience in implementing Jamf and Okta and would like to continuously expand your knowledge.
