As a remote support specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving their inquiries and technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch support to Norwegian-speaking customers through remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems related to software and hardware.
- Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and concise solutions.
- Document all support interactions accurately in the support system and maintain thorough case records.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and address complex issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to confirm that their issues have been successfully resolved.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide informed, quality support.
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.Experience with remote support tools and knowledge of CRM applications is advantageous.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Interest in technology and a passion for continuous professional development in the tech industry.Benefits
