The Business Developer Scandinavia represents ArcelorMittal at the clients in the philosophy of “one face to the customer”.
You will be responsible for the Business development for mainly Swedish customers in the dedicated customer team working in coordination with : marketing, demand planning, sustainability (XCarb©), client technical support, mills, customer service, pricing control under the supervision of both the Key Account Manager and the technical coordinator.

The mission is to :
- Develop customers’ intimacy and manage the development of the commercial relationship in order to develop sales and profitability
- Introduce product range and tailormade steel solutions opportunities to meet customer’s needs.
- Support budget exercise following commercial strategy for the accounts in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Analyze and interpret market and customer data to identify growth opportunities
Your role will include activities such as :
Assist the customers with technical missions such as :
Promote our products’ specificitiesPrepare orders by analyzing specifications and supporting commercial department with the quotations’ requestsAnswer technical questions from customers related to our products and its feasibilities, performance, tolerances and guaranteesAnswer technical questions related to inquiries or orders from customerSupport the customer using our materialEnsure the mills and commercial departments know of all technical needs of the customerEnsure full market analysis with Marketing team support.
Coordinate local Marketing Intelligence activities and report to Key Account Manager.Centralize and share information concerning market, customers production, awards, potentials developmentsMonitor Client satisfaction follow up, analyze and share results with Technical team and mills.
Organize and attend regular customer visits / create visit reportsEvaluate claims commercial impact & ensure that follow up actions are implementedCoordinate the development activities with the Development engineer and R&D teams :
Advise for product or process improvements at customer levelOrganize trainings to quality, R&D and sales teams of our customersCompetencies

Master in Industrial Engineering or relevant experienceEnglish and Swedish at Professional Level and any other European language being an assetExperience
5 years of experience in B to B salesExperience in design department (design office, sub-contractor or OEM) being an assetRequirements :
