Join our international Recruitment Team immediately for a hybrid assignment in Sweden !

As a Recruiter for our client, you will be accountable for :

• End-to-end recruitment process. You will independently take over parts of the recruitment process for white collar workers.
• Your core tasks include intake calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications and conducting telephone and / or video interviews.
• Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions.
• Assist candidates and managers during the hiring process, handling offer and contract administration.
• Assist with the onboarding process for contingent labor, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed. Ensuring the candidate complete all requirements in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster strong relationships with contingent workers, enhancing their experience and promoting a positive work environment.
• Coaching and counseling candidate if / as needed.
• Conduct regular check-ins with contingent labor to address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support to ensure job satisfaction.
• You will be primarily responsible for the Swedish Market.

Skills and Experience required :

This position comes with a 6-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
