We are now looking for a Data Analyst Lead to join CIB Data and Analytics Office.

CIB Data & Analytics Office is a department within CIB CIO, driving dialogue with SEB Group, Analytics, and IT teams. We support new capabilities like cloud technology, data management & analytics toolkit, process digitalization and regulatory initiatives.

Master Data and Analytics Office is a team within CIB Data & Analytics Office with the mission to leverage the value in data and helping CIB becoming data driven by making sure high-quality data is available and used to create value for the business and our customers.

About the role :

This is a great opportunity to combine your analytic skills with people management and leadership skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders from all parts of SEB to make sure that short-term and long-term objectives are met.

Key responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business units to provide data visualization and insights.
• Analyze data to improve process efficiency.
• Assist in gathering and structuring data for projects.
• Develop analytical capabilities, reports, and validations.
• Involve in the entire data value chain.
• Promote the use of high-quality data.
• Lead and mentor team members e.g. priorities, drive use cases and secure operational structure.
• Coordinate and lead an analytics community within Master Data Area.
