Requirements

• Experienced Solutions Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to define, develop, and maintain IAM architecture, capabilities, and strategic roadmaps.
  
• Contribute to architecture governance, technical solution design, and the development of IAM services and standards across the organization.
  
• Map, document, and maintain IAM capabilities, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), identity provisioning and lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, secret management, and non-human identities.
  
• Develop access patterns, architecture descriptions, decision-support materials, and technical documentation.
  
• Propose governance frameworks, strategic directions, target architectures, and roadmaps for IAM capabilities.
  
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on technical solution design and implementation.
  
• Convene and coordinate the Customer IAM Forum.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and specialists across IT and operations.
  
• Prepare and present architecture proposals and decision-making documents at the Architecture Forum.
  
• Expert-level knowledge and experience in delivering, developing, and managing IAM services.
  
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with architectural frameworks.
  
• Extensive experience working in large organizations, preferably in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  
• Expert-level knowledge of identity and access management protocols and technologies, including federation, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, PKI, Kerberos, LDAP, and electronic identification solutions.
  
• Strong initiative, communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing skills.
