Social Producer Organic Social & Creator Marketing

WHAT YOULL DO

As Social Producer youll take ownership of social and creator-led productions from brief to final delivery. Youll turn creative ideas into clear effective production plans and bring together the right creators talent production partners and suppliers to make them happen.

Working across both fast-moving social content and larger campaign activations youll create flexible production set-ups that allow ideas to come to life at speed without compromising quality or creative intent. Youll be an important link between creative development and execution helping ensure our content is relevant for the platform audience and brand.

Key responsibilities include

• Lead end-to-end production of social-first and creator-led content from brief and planning to final asset delivery.
• Translate creative concepts into clear and actionable production plans while protecting the original creative vision.
• Source negotiate with contract and manage creators talent production partners and other external suppliers.
• Plan and book productions managing budgets timelines contracts resources and deliverables.
• Manage both smaller agile creator-led productions and larger social campaign activations.
• Partner closely with creative teams to anticipate production needs and enable strong creative decision-making.
• Ensure content and assets are produced with relevant social platforms formats and requirements in mind.
• Build flexible and scalable production approaches that support both planned and reactive content creation.
• Continuously identify new partners production models and ways of working that improve efficiency speed and relevance.
• Proactively identify and solve production challenges while maintaining a smooth process for everyone involved.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Youll work closely with creatives and other colleagues across social and creator marketing turning creative concepts into high-quality content and executions. Youll also collaborate with creators talent agencies production partners and suppliers acting as a key connection between creative ambition and production delivery.

This is a collaborative role where youll need to build strong relationships while feeling confident taking ownership and moving productions forward independently.

WHO YOU ARE

Youre an experienced producer who knows how to bring creative ideas to life. You combine strong production expertise with an understanding of social content creators and the realities of producing content for fast-moving digital channels.

You dont need every answer from day one. What matters is that you have strong production judgement understand what a creative idea needs to succeed and know how to find the right people and solutions to make it happen.

We are looking for people with

• Strong experience in content production with relevant experience producing social-first digital or creator-led content.
• Proven experience independently managing productions from brief through to final delivery.
• Experience working directly with creators talent production partners and suppliers.
• Experience with sourcing negotiation contracting budgets timelines and production planning.
• An understanding of social platforms and how production requirements can differ across channels such as TikTok and Instagram.
• The ability to translate creative concepts into practical production plans without losing the creative intent.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• An understanding of how to balance creative ambition commercial considerations quality speed and efficiency.
