  • Modify templates, logos, and terminology within existing offer documents and technical datasheets.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and visual identity across all updated materials.

30% Quality Assurance & Archiving

  • Perform self-checks and quality reviews on updated documents to ensure zero errors prior to submission.
  • Organize, catalog, and archive revised documents in the team’s shared databases and document management systems.
  • Track progress of updated documents and report status to the Bid Management team.

20% Team Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and bid managers to clarify technical content or branding requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the MGT Power Generation 2 team as needed during the transition.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Communication, or a related field.
  • No prior professional experience required, but previous experience with document editing, formatting, or administrative tasks is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.

Required skills:

  • Familiarity with PDF editing tools and document management systems.
  • Attention to detail in formatting and layout design.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
