Were looking for two talented and motivated Media Operations Managers to join our Stockholm and Oslo teams focusing on the Nordic market. Reporting to the VP of Media Operations youll combine senior operational expertise with strategic commercial thinking working across DSPs SSPs curation platforms and analytics tools to deliver measurable results for clients and internal stakeholders.

Given the maturity of the Nordic market youll play a pivotal part in testing new media innovations refining operational workflows and shaping best-practice trading strategies that we roll out globally while actively contributing to the growth of SeenThis curated marketplace and adaptive-outcome media packagings working closely with Sales Customer Success Product and Technical teams.

About the role

Campaign management & planning

Develop and refine operational best practices and trading strategies for SeenThis media products across the Nordic market.

Lead the end-to-end setup planning execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs SSPs and curation platforms.

Monitor campaign performance to achieve client objectives and internal KPIs turning analytics into actionable programmatic bidding logic data segmentation and inventory strategies.

Client team & partner engagement

Collaborate with Sales Account Management and Product teams to support commercial growth; lead client-facing discussions regarding technical performance strategic insights and recommendations.

Manage operational relationships with key external partners including local and global DSPs SSPs and data providers to ensure seamless inventory delivery and technical integration.

Strategic & commercial activities

Contribute to pricing and yield management strategies and serve as a core feedback link to central Product and Technology teams for ongoing platform development.

Support the launch testing and growth of SeenThis curated marketplace and adaptive-outcome media packagings.

Support the VP of Media Operations in creating and delivering SeenThis broader media strategy liaising with Product Tech and Finance to develop and battle-test new media innovations before global rollout.

Qualifications

35 years experience in programmatic trading campaign management or digital media buying ideally from an agency ad tech platform or publisher environment.

Hands-on experience working with DSPs SSPs and curated marketplaces (e.g. DV360 The Trade Desk Xandr or similar).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable bidding logic data segmentation and inventory strategies.

Proven experience leading client-facing conversations on technical performance strategic insights and recommendations.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish and/or Norwegian is a strong advantage given the Nordic remit.

Nice to have

Experience with supply-path optimization curation or yield/pricing management.

Background in video advertising or familiarity with the open web ecosystem.

Experience feeding into product development or beta-testing new ad tech solutions.

Familiarity with ad fraud prevention brand safety and audience targeting tools.

Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
