You will develop solutions within insurance, where the systems are business- and mission-critical.Job DescriptionIn the role of Senior .NET Developer, you will work as a consultant on long-term assignments based in Stockholm where you combine deep C# programming with technical leadership. You will take strong technical responsibility for the architecture from design and implementation to further development and actively drive the technical dialogue with the client.You are expected to optimize complex hybrid data storage strategies, architect event-driven solutions using AMQP, and leverage observability suites to guarantee system reliability. The role also involves setting the direction for the engineering team, mentoring colleagues, strategically integrating cloud-native capabilities into enterprise offerings, and collaborating professionally within client-facing delivery environments.Technically, you will work across the cutting edge of the ecosystem, developing with modern .NET (including .NET 8 and .NET 10) and leveraging advanced enterprise cloud design patterns. Assignments are carried out in agile teams where collaboration and shared responsibility are central.Requirements (Must-Haves)Experience: Has around 8 12 years of experience with .NET and heavy C# development.Frameworks: Has extensive experience designing and scaling applications with modern frameworks (.NET 8/10).Data Storage: Has deep expertise in hybrid data storage, including distributed SQL databases and high-performance in-memory JSON document stores.Architecture & Monitoring: Is highly proficient in event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging via AMQP platforms and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWind).Communication: Speaks and writes English fluently.Meritorious (Added Advantages)Integrations: A strong background in external service integrations using robust, resilient REST APIs.Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Cloud (Azure) ecosystem, cloud-native hosting, and microservices. |
