Join Our US Growth Team: Trailblazer SDR/Outbound Marketing Opportunity Are you an Outbound SDR specialist or have super skills in Outbound marketing? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you :) About Brightvision Brightvision is a B2B growth marketing agency that specializes in results-driven marketing for tech companies. We have around 100 employees located around the globe, working with some of the largest and most exciting companies in the tech industry. Although our main office is in Gothenburg, Sweden, most of our colleagues work remotely, including team managers. So, you have the flexibility to live wherever you want in the world. What does the position entail? We're now growing our presence in the US market, and are therefore looking for SDRs for client work. We hope to find an SDR with expertise in working for B2B tech. If we find the right candidate, we are also open to them developing and leading a remote team of SDR consultants in the US market. But we need you to start in the SDR role primarily, while we build up the client base together, by delivering awesome multichannel campaigns and great results in leads, SQLs and booked meetings and closed deals, for our clients. For an innovative and entrepreneur-oriented person with a strong background in previous sales, marketing and SDR roles, preferably within B2B tech segments, this will be an interesting opportunity. Your Responsibilities: Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate conversations. Generate meetings and appointments for our clients. Create value for our clients by providing good SQL. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM. Collaborate closely with teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified meetings and continuous improvement of outreach strategies. Who are you? You have previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside sales with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc. Have agency background/experience. A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success. Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus. Eager to learn and grow. You have native-level fluency in English (American English), both written and spoken — this is a requirement, as you will be representing our clients in the US market daily. Strong understanding of and experience communicating with the US business audience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we deliver top-notch services to clients daily. You must be willing and able to work US Eastern Time Zone hours. You are available to work as a freelancer (invoicing every month). Please attach your CV while applying Why choose Brightvision?
