About the role

This role sits post-implementation - youll pick up accounts once theyre live on the platform focusing on driving adoption retention and growth rather than onboarding. Youll take full ownership of a tech-touch customer portfolio working one-to-many and help the team build scalable processes.

At the same time you will support other CS team members with their customers to help deepen product knowledge. Youll carry a commercial lens throughout - renewals and expansion are part of your success measures and youll be expected to understand customers strategic and commercial goals well enough to spot where Jobylon can support the customer further and create additional value.

Our German speaking customer base is small but growing and youll have the opportunity to input into how we work with German speaking markets as we scale.

What youll do

• Own a tech-touch book one-to-many: adoption nudges engagement follow-ups and renewal admin
• Assist the Support Team with English and German language tickets
• Provide user training and enablement in a scalable way
• Monitor usage trends and health signals daily; proactively flag churn risks and expansion opportunities
• Keep CRM tools up to date: leveraging our tech stack to create maximum impact both internally and externally
• Contribute to and maintain engagement playbooks and templates
• Answer day-to-day platform questions and support the wider Customer Success team with customer requests and tasks
• Deliver standardised business reviews for lower-complexity accounts
