Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our Stockholm office.

The successful candidate will be joining a 10 personnel-strong and growing EMEA Real Estate team which covers public and private REITs and property companies and open-ended funds. You will be working alongside an existing Senior Director in the team in Stockholm ensuring mentoring and quick onboarding.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Working within the pan-European team to provide credit ratings on real estate entities. Everyday events need timely rating re-evaluations.
• Writing rating reports and high-quality research on sectors and geographies (including Nordic)
• Direct liaison with issuers executive-level management teams
• Field debt investor enquiries.
• Undertaking external presentations.

You May be a Good Fit if:

• You have experience in real estate funding and/or knowledge of the real estate sector with financial knowledge including a solid understanding of financial statements
• You like blending financial analysis with real estate fundamentals

• Able to meet pre-set deadlines as well as quickly turnaround event-based rating re-evaluations
