Product Experience Specialist (Full Time)

TL;DR

This role is a great fit for a recent bachelor’s or master’s graduate who wants to start their career close to product, users, and AI and take on real responsibility from day one. You will be on the front lines of a fast-growing product, solving real user problems and feeding insights directly into product development. You will also take ownership of how we build, document, and improve support at scale. This role is for someone who has recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree, is user- and product-obsessed, cares deeply about helping others succeed, and is ready to grow into real responsibility fast.

This is a full-time position based in Lund or Stockholm. We start with a 3-month contract with a potential 12-month extension and expanded responsibilities.

• Crystal-clear communicator: Whether it's a user reply, a bug report, or an internal process doc, you communicate warmly and precisely.

• Bonus: Experience in B2C SaaS support using tools like Intercom.

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with Lovable, Claude and similar AI tools.

What you'll do

• Own user problems end to end: Become a Lovable expert to solve a wide range of issues with speed and clarity, and escalate effectively to engineering when needed.

• Improve our support stack: Keep our internal knowledge base up to date, design smarter workflows, and find ways to make the whole team operate better.

• Be the voice of the customer: Continuously feed product feedback into the team so that what you see on the front lines actually improves the product.

• Grow your scope: As you build trust and ownership, the role expands. Internally at Lovable and externally in how we engage with users and the community, there is real room to develop.

The tech stack:

We run one of the most AI-native support operations anywhere, and we build much of it ourselves, on Lovable.

• AI-first ticketing: Intercom as system of record, with our AI agent (built on Parahelp) resolving the first line: it answers, troubleshoots, takes actions, e.g. executes refunds and credit grants with human approval. You handle what genuinely needs a human and you train and improve the AI as part of the job.

• Internal tools built on Lovable: our admin console (user, workspace, billing, domain, and credit operations), live metrics dashboards, and QA tooling are all Lovable apps, built and iterated by the team that uses them. You’ll ship improvements to your own tools and build new ones.

• An AI copilot that lives everywhere: Our investigation agent with access to our codebase, logs and relevant data troubleshoots issues and helps our team draft high quality replies. It lives in Slack, in Intercom & in your browser.

• Real engineering surfaces, you go deep when tickets demand it: Grafana, Temporal, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, and DNS tooling.
