Warehouse Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Nassjö to lead our warehousing and distribution activities ensuring the highest standards of safety efficiency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse teams fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to meet business and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and quality standards.
• Drive operational performance through effective resource planning inventory accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain warehouse procedures ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Warehousing experience leadership experience would be an advantage.
• Fluent Swedish language skills and good English language skills
• Strong leadership coaching communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical commercial and financial acumen.
• Advanced PC and Excel skills.
• Hands-on customer-focused and self-motivated mindset.
