An opportunity for you to make an impact as a Digital Marketing Specialist due to parental leave in the team! You will manage and optimize paid digital media across all markets and brands within the Kappahl brand. You will develop tactical full-funnel plans coordinate content production and ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals. You are driven by data-based customer insights and constantly seek opportunities both in market specific conditions as well as the media- & marketing landscape. Your work will directly contribute to driving traffic to both physical stores and online platforms while strengthening our brands.
You will also play a key role in evolving our digital media strategy by actively exploring and embracing new developments in platforms tools and AI.
This role calls for a creative and analytical mindset a strong understanding of customer behavior and branding and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
You will collaborate closely with our digital media agency e-commerce in-house production CRM and IT teams to ensure our digital marketing efforts are effective customer-centric and aligned with our brand values.
Your profile
We are seeking you who have:
A university degree or equivalent higher education in digital marketing.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of paid digital marketing with social media as a core component.
Facilitate channel-adapted content using data-driven customer insights combined with a solid understanding of customer branding and business objectives.
Experience working in or with global e-commerce companies fashion retailer brands or consumer products.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
