About the Role
MAX Burgersare looking for a HRIS Specialistwith hands-on Workday experience to joinour HRSupport & this role you willoptimizeand continuously improve our Workday platform ensuring it supports both business needs andgreatemployee experience.
At MAXWorkday is used across Sweden Norway and Denmarkwhere wecurrently useHCM Core Talent and Compensationand we have plans to implement the platform inadditionalmarkets in the coming years. This meansyoullhave the opportunity to contribute not only to day-to-day operations but also to exciting projects that shape the future of HR technology at MAX.
You will be part of our HR Support & Digitalization team and work closely with ourBusiness OwnerProduct Owner HR Systems Administrators andkey stakeholders across the organization.

About the Process
This is a permanent full-time position based in Stockholm with a six-month probationary period and a preferred start date as soon as possible.

Our recruitment process includes psychometric assessments and interviews at our Stockholm office.
