As a restaurant crew member at MAX you are a key part of our daily operations. Together with your colleagues you make sure our guests receive the best possible service and that the restaurant always delivers at a high level in terms of quality pace and service. You work as part of a team and have varied tasks: serving guests keeping the restaurant clean and tidy working in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries and working at the register to make sure guests receive exactly what they ordered.

At MAX job satisfaction teamwork and development are always at the heart of what we do. During your first days youll learn the job step by step with support from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague as well as through digital training on our learning platform MAX Academy.

• Serve guests provide friendly service and create world-class service experiences
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming
• Prepare burgers smoothies and fries in the kitchen
• Work at the register and ensure guests receive the correct order
• Work as part of a team and support your colleagues

What does the recruitment process look like

For our restaurant roles weve chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply. This means you dont need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead youll answer a few screening questions and complete a Service Test. We encourage you to answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible.

After submitting your application youll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test is based on situations that may arise in everyday work at MAX where you describe how you would act. This gives you an early insight into what its like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Once weve reviewed both your application and your test well get back to you as soon as possible. If you move forward in the process youll be invited to an interview. If not youll receive feedback via email. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.

Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory part of our recruitment process and we cannot move candidates forward who do not complete it.
