At Accrease, we bring data to life. We’re looking for a new colleague to join our award-winning consulting team. Your role will focus on turning data into actionable insights, shaping strategy, and ensuring that technical implementations align with real business value. Think of yourself as the bridge between business and tech, translating goals into measurable outcomes.

This is a business-focused role, but you should be comfortable working closely with technical teams to ensure data is structured, collected, and usable for analysis.

Life as a Digital Analyst at Accrease

As a Digital Analyst, you’ll uncover insights in client data and communicate them through clear, impactful storytelling. These insights will directly improve customer experiences and business performance.

We believe great analysts understand not just the data, but the foundation behind it. Your work will focus on driving business value while ensuring the underlying data setup supports meaningful analysis.

You’ll primarily work with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). You comfortably navigate through the Adobe landscape since you have good experience with the Adobe MarTech ecosystem. What matters the most is your experience with data-driven marketing and your mindset toward solving client challenges.

Your day-to-day work will revolve around:

• Deliver insights to optimise marketing activities and the digital user journeys using Adobe Analytics or CJA

• Creating and automating dashboards and reports to track and visualise KPIs

• Driving growth hacking initiatives end-to-end, using, for example, AJO, with support from specialists

• Contributing to the strategic direction of the web analytics offering at Accrease

• Supporting clients in defining and structuring requirements and ensuring proper implementation

• Taking on project or engagement lead responsibilities when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Business & requirement facilitation: Help clients capture, structure, and prioritise business requirements and translate them into actionable insights

• Trusted advisor: Act as a strategic partner to marketing and business teams, offering guidance and best practices.

• Training & adoption: Enable client teams through training and hands-on support to become self-sufficient

• Value realisation: Ensure data supports business goals and enables continuous optimisation

We have offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo, and while most of our team is based there, we’re open to candidates across the EU. You’ll need to speak at least one Scandinavian language.

Your profile

You are a curious, ambitious, and self-driven specialist who thrives in delivering as a team and as an individual. You see opportunities and solutions rather than limitations.

We expect that you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in web analytics and Adobe tools

• Possess a strong analytical mindset and understanding of digital marketing

• Are fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian

• Can communicate complex data in a clear and accessible way

• Have a solid understanding of how digital data is collected

• Aspire to act as a trusted advisor

• Are driven to excel in your field

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with CRO tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, or Adobe Target

• Experience with app tracking (e.g., Firebase Analytics)
