Key Responsibilities
Serve as Audiocodes SBC Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise.
Design, develop, and maintain telephony solutions based on Audiocodes SBC platforms.
Integrate Audiocodes SBC with Genesys Cloud, Azure Communication Services (ACS), and other real-time communication platforms.
Develop and enhance WebRTC click‑to‑call solutions utilizing Audiocodes SBC.
Manage and coordinate with external vendors, including regular meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and plan upcoming activities.
Prepare and submit change requests for network and firewall teams, including technical requirements and impact analysis.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve telephony and SBC-related issues, ensuring high service availability.
Create detailed technical diagrams and architecture documentation for telephony, SBC, and integration components.
Support contract and procurement processes, including technical evaluation and scope definition.
Handle license management for SBC
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, application teams) to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Real-Time Communication (RTC) technologies.
Solid knowledge of the SIP protocol, SIP routing, signaling flows, and troubleshooting methods.
Experience working with dial plans, call routing logic, and number normalization.
Solid understanding of network and firewall concepts (routing, NAT, ports, security rules).
Experience working with APIs, REST interfaces, and communication platform integrations.
Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation and architecture designs.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex communication environments.
Proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools, including:
Confluence (documentation, knowledge base)
Jira (task and project management)
ServiceNow (incident, change, and request management)
