Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Working Hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Rotational Shifts) About the Role We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a leading global e-commerce platform in Lisbon ! You will be part of a team ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users, sellers, and creators. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer, seller, and creator inquiries professionally. Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality. Escalate critical or high-risk cases as needed. Coordinate with different teams to ensure issue resolution. Improve processes by identifying recurring problems and reducing escalations. Engage sellers to build long-term trust in the platform. Support special projects based on business needs. Who We're Looking For Fluent in German and English (spoken & written). Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
