  • Role involves a blend of functional expertise, technical understanding, consulting, and strong communication skills.
  • Work with client to drive program, design, implement, and support D F&O solutions, often focusing on areas like finance, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Significant consulting experience as Finance/SCM Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta / D F&O along with preferred automobile manufacturing industry experience
  • A minimum of years leadership / advisory experience in related Finance/SCM solutioning with client facing consulting engagements
  • A minimum of years knowledge of integration / integration points and the order in which they must be executed
  • A minimum of years of experience working with ERP transformations using System Development Life Cycle
  • Understanding and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Axapta / D F&O technology / architecture practices and industry standards
  • Contribute to Solution Design, articulate and demonstrate solutions using MS Dynamics Axapta / D F&O
  • Ability to communicate / influence a wide varied audience, including - SMEs, Business Partners, and Key Stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate while driving execution to deliver program for the customer
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities and change control
  • Highly experience / knowledgeable in Finance/SCM Business or Industry along with knowledge of IT Strategy / Architecture
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top management
  • Ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders, architects, and TPT vendors
  • Strong organizational skills multi-tasking and a self-motivator
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
Additional Skills:
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Provide solutions to functional / technical challenges with consulting and automation flavour.
  • Leadership: May be expected to lead PMs and project leads, particularly in larger implementations.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
