Nu söker vi en Serviceadministratör till vårt Back Office team i Stockholm. Vi söker dig som trivs i en bred roll där du får kombinera administrativt arbete med kundkontakt och intern koordinering.
Om rollen
Som serviceadministratör i vårt Back Office team så är ditt primära fokus att
I rollen samarbetar man främst med övriga i vårt Back Office team, servicearbetsledare, säljare samt tekniker i vår serviceverksamhet. Du kommer att ha en omväxlande roll där du supportar serviceverksamheten, hanterar kundärenden och ansvarar för Region Stockholms larmkodshantering. Även andra generella administrativa arbetsuppgifter där behov finns kan ingå. Du kommer delta både i den lokala regions servicemöten samt i Back Office teamets möten och planering. Det innebär att både lokal samt nationell support och kontakt kommer att finnas.
Denna roll rapporterar till Contract Manager för Otis Sverige och är baserad på vårt kontor i Sätra utanför Stockholm.
