This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, customer service, and experiencing a vibrant culture. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and support them in enjoying a seamless food delivery experience, all while communicating effectively in Swedish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to food orders, delivery statuses, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
- Provide accurate information about menu options, promotions, and delivery processes.
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process.
- Address customer complaints and offer solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with restaurant partners and internal teams to facilitate an outstanding delivery experience.
- Stay updated on local restaurant offerings and industry trends to provide relevant insights to customers.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry.Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.Relocation to Greece for the duration of employment is necessary.Benefits
