You will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. With your passion for people; our company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has an inspirational in-store experience. You will walk the customer through the brand's offering and advise products in accordance with the customer's needs.You will also work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.You will be reporting to the Counter Manager.The position as on call employee means your work hours will be agreed upon from time to time and depending on the needs. You will be based in Stockholm, Skanstull, but might work in different stores.More specifically, you will: • Be responsible for reaching your individual sales' target• Provide exceptional and authentic customer experience by finding the right products based on the customer's needs• Have ownership over the counter - keep the counter tidy at all times, re-stock the counter and make sure that the visual merchandising is optimal to the brand's guidelines• Establish collaborative relationships with your colleagues and your direct manager• Perform services, participate in in-store events and being of help to your colleagues• Administer cashiering and ensure customer satisfaction to improve customer loyalty that will add impact to the business' financial objectives

Qualifications

You are the perfect fit if you: • Have qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up, but we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise• Have previous retail experience preferably within cosmetics• Have make-up or other beauty certificates (this is seen as a plus!)• Are proficient in Swedish and in English both in verbal and written communication • Are able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment• Have the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events• Have the ability to take shifts with short notice• Familiar with SoMe platforms such as TikTok and Instagram is a plusYour personality• You like making people feel good about themselves• You have great social and listening skills• You are a natural storyteller and know how to captivate your customers• You are a firm believer that teamwork makes the dreamwork!• You are outgoing, positive and proactive - you rise above in the face of challenges• You are not afraid of making mistakes and are solution-oriented• You look forward coming to work, developing your skills and making the most out of the dayWhat we offer:• Working for the Estée Lauder Companies means that you will be part of the global leader's journey in Prestige Beauty• Competitive salary• Great training and development programs on a professional and personal note and potentially grow into a temporary or permanent position• Want to make a difference at work?
