About the role

The AI Lead will shape and drive AI initiatives across EazyStock’s product organization. This strategic role is fully integrated with the Product team and works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable customer value.

By combining market insights, customer feedback, and technical expertise, the AI Lead defines the AI strategy, oversees execution, and ensures initiatives align with business objectives.

This position requires deep knowledge of how businesses can leverage the latest developments in AI technologies—and how we, as a team, can turn these advancements into impactful outcomes that improve inventory optimization. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and innovation.

Success in this role hinges on strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with the product team, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

What would you do?

We’re looking for an ambitious AI Lead to shape and drive AI initiatives across EazyStock’s product organization. Your mission is to keep EazyStock at the forefront of innovation

Who you are?

You will lead our path to success—together with the team—by strengthening EazyStock’s product with powerful AI solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain AI strategies (short- and long-term) that align with product and business goals and translate strategic plans into actionable steps.

• Identify emerging AI trends, assess their relevance to our market and customers, and ensure EazyStock remains at the forefront of AI innovation.

• Monitor competitor AI solutions and industry benchmarks, translating insights into actionable plans for differentiation and innovation.

• Engage with customers and partners to understand pain points and identify AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into the roadmap.

• Act as a thought leader for AI within the organization.

• Drive execution of AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

• Bring 5+ years of experience in a product development role, with AI solutions at the core of the product.

• Are collaborative, visionary, and execution-focused—able to inspire innovation and deliver results.

• Communicate fluently in business English, both in writing and speaking.
