Employment Type: Full-time Language: Chinese and English Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and strong communicator to join our team as a Finance Manager , supporting the company’s financial operations and management reporting. This role focuses on financial data preparation, reporting support, budgeting and forecasting assistance, and cross-functional/cross-border financial coordination. The position requires close collaboration with Chinese partners and regional stakeholders. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential to ensure smooth communication and alignment on financial standards and reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reporting (in line with IFRS and local accounting standards) Consolidate and analyze financial data, providing basic operational analysis and business support (e.g. expense, revenue, project/department-level analysis) Assist in tracking CAPEX and project expenditures for management purposes (if applicable) Support the preparation and coordination of documentation for tax, compliance, and internal control processes Act as a financial point of contact with Chinese-speaking partners, suppliers, and headquarters teams to ensure alignment and consistency Support cross-border processes, intercompany coordination, and related documentation Assist with external audits, bank interactions, and regulatory reporting, including document preparation and communication Participate in process optimization, automation initiatives, and support for ERP/financial system maintenance and improvements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree, CPA, ACCA preferred) 3–7 years of relevant finance experience, particularly in reporting, data preparation, and finance support/coordination roles Experience working with cross-border teams or collaborating with China-based teams/suppliers is an advantage Skills & Competencies Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with business teams, headquarters, and external stakeholders High standards of accuracy, professional integrity, and strong awareness of processes and internal controls Proficient in Excel (including common functions and pivot tables); experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package A diverse, multicultural, and cross-functional working environment Clear growth opportunities and long-term career development
