Graduate responsibilities This year we are looking for graduates in the following areas : Associate Project Manager Use your engineering background to support the technical execution of Building Management System projects. You will collaborate with teams to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability while helping design impactful solutions. Project Coordinator As a Project Coordinator, you will lead small package projects within our Application Center, manage project execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with suppliers and colleagues to maintain compliance. Project Engineer Oversee small and medium projects, manage schedules, scope, and budgets, build customer relationships, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure effective project profitability and forecasting. Risk & Data Analyst – Risk & Compliance As a Risk & Data Analyst, you will support with Schneider Electric’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities across the Nordic & Baltic zone. This role is ideal for a professional with high communication maturity, business partnering capabilities, and strong data-handling skills who can follow up with the key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), consolidate insights, action plans and help drive risk visibility and discipline across the zone.
