Construction Manager - Stockholm, Sweden - 12-Month Contract

How would you like the opportunity to work with in one of the largest biopharmaceutical projects in the Nordics? If yes, then this is the assignment for you!

Our biotech client in the Nordic region is currently investing significantly in CAPX creating new manufacturing facilities. This state-of-the-art facility houses high-technology and next-gen processes to produce drugs that are distributed throughout the Globe.

The client is currently seeking construction manager.


Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the PM and other project members in early stage CPDP (stage 2 & 3) to ensure stage 4 is planned effectively and set for success
  • Responsible for construction quality management plan and construction management plan and compilation with the project management plan.
  • Support prequalification / vendor selection / RFI and RFP processes and procurement activities.
  • Provide leadership and management oversight for all contractors and there sub-contractors in construction/installation planning, sequencing, coordination and interfaces management within the extended project.

Requirements:
  • 10 years + working within construction / Civil
  • Supported in Stage 2 & 3 (Early feasibility)
  • Happy to work onsite
  • Speaks Swedish
