🚀 Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Representative | Work From Home Anywhere in Greece 🇬🇷

Are you a Swedish speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity while enjoying the Greek lifestyle? Mercier Consultancy is recruiting motivated individuals to join an international customer service team—all from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Greece!

🌟 What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while representing a global brand.
  • Work with a supportive, multicultural team in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Swedish (C1/C2 level).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • EU passport or legal right to work in Greece.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
