Electrolux ProfessionalSwedenOur organization needs to grow, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced business development manager who want to join and develop our sales department within Electrolux Professional - Business Area Food. In this role, you will have a particularly key role in our continued development of overall sales in Sweden. And you will have the opportunity to become part of a goal-oriented and extremely competent team.
As our BDM, you will manage our business development of new segments and customers in both the public and private sector (B2B- Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, gas stations and QSR) You work with overall business development based on customer needs. You will adapt, coordinate, and implement products and services, create new business opportunities to contribute to increased sales and to strengthen our position. We work with high-quality products in an industry that is expansive and challenging. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, establish, and maintain relationships with dealers and consultants and ensure that customer needs are met.
You are part of a sales team where our main goal is to create business and opportunities together with our dealers. Direct business also occurs in certain segments. With your experience and ambitious spirit, you will build volumes together with colleagues and dealers around the country. You will run business, develop sales processes, and create great demand for our products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Establish relationship and strengthen collaboration with consultants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within the company such as Key account managers and product managers.
- Arrange customer visits and events in our showroom in Stockholm.
- Drive sales that contribute to high volume and good profitability.
- Process new customer segments.
- Lead and run various projects with existing contract customers.
- Together with colleagues, contribute to profitable growth.
- Some trips with overnight stays occur, both nationally and internationally.
- Be a driving force in the organisation that leads to good team spirit and high business acumen.
