We looking for a Customer Service Specialist

The position is located at Ahlstrom´s unit in Billingsfors. Access is desired as soon as possible, which means that selection takes place continuously and appointment can take place before the end of the application period.

You will be responsible for your own customers as well as the order flow linked to the global sale of products produced in Billingsfors and Jönköping.

The work involves responsibility for customer care, order handling and, in agreement with the sales manager, price offers and terms to selected customers. You will also monitor that deliveries are made on time, perform order administration and manage export documents.

The customer base is international and the main part is in Europe, but we also have customers in the USA and to some extent in Asia.

Main tasks

  • Take part of sales plans by customer and their respectively forecasts
  • Ensure data is accurate and available in required tools (e.g. update price and customer information)
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Understand product and service features and turn them into value propositions and pricing
  • Ensure customer satisfaction together with sales managers
  • Follow customers' payment behavior
  • Communicate with our agents, and take care of commissions
  • Support the company in safety culture continuous improvement and in reaching the zero accident targets
  • Price- and terms information to our customers
  • Order handling
  • Export documentation
  • At chosen occasions customer visits
  • Optimizing volumes and prices

Needed experience & competencies :

  • Relevant academic education on Bachelor´s degree or equivalent
  • Solid experience in qualified marketing and sales work
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Basic Office skills
  • Personality
