In a graduate position as customer support engineer you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our Genomics solutions (Tape station, Fragment analyzers, Bravo, Bio Analyzer…).

Responsibilities :

Technical Support : Repair, installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of Genomics solutions.
Customer Interaction : Timely communication and scheduling of services.
Collaboration : Work with managers and sales teams to meet customer needs.
Administrative Tasks : Complete paperwork and reports accurately.
Feedback : Provide insights to product specialists and vendors.

Qualifications

Education : University degree in a life science-related field.

Languages : Proficiency in Swedish and English.

Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
