The role of the Pricing and Tender specialist Nordics is to ensure that patients can have access to Mundipharma' s highly valued established portfolio of products, ensuring that this value is recognised by payers". In close collaboration with the Nordic Country lead, you will shape Mundipharma' s tender strategies across the Nordics and influence the commercial success of our portfolio. The role involves developing and implementing pricing and tendering strategies that reflect the value of Mundipharma's assets, ensuring internal alignment and successful external stakeholder engagement to enable patient access to medicines and commercial success. You will report to the Country Lead Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing of products on biweekly / monthly base in DK / SE, and as needed for NO, FI, IS.
• Update PriceRight database and inform Finance Team for Price changes to be made in SAP Analysis and monitoring of the product portfolio
• Monitor hospital tenders and identify tenders relevant for Mundipharma, populating in MMW
• Continuously scan the tender environment across the Nordics to ensure Mundipharma is positioned to compete in all relevant tenders, contracts and commercial opportunities
• Prepare proposals for tender submissions, including business cases
• Optimization of structures and processes
• In collaboration with Nordics Country Lead develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies tailored to the dynamics of the Nordics markets, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
• Reviews of pricing and management of price lists and secure internal folders and tools are up to date
• Dialogue with internal and external stakeholders including HTA / Reimbursement agencies, payers, health economic and clinical opinion leaders, and industry peers.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English speaker
• Broad and deep knowledge of tendering processes in Sweden - other Nordics markets appreciated.
• Strong connections with external Nordics-focused payer experts, vendors, and pricing specialists supporting all lifecycle activities from value discovery to retention.
• Exceptional analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, and an innovative mindset, capable of integrating factual and strategic factors into decision-making.
• Profound understanding of healthcare pricing principles, financial modelling, and the decision-making processes of governments in the Nordics.
• Proficiency in economic reasoning to analyse asset pricing, international reference pricing dynamics, and brand expansion, selecting appropriate methods for robust pricing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Nordics reimbursement processes, strong understanding of price and reimbursement review processes."
