Your tasks :
- Operation, monitoring and further development of the responsible systems in the areas of IT security, firewall, network, client, server and storage
- Installation, configuration, support and updating of hardware, software and services
- Definition of requirements, control and monitoring of contracted service providers / the required service quality
- Development, implementation and further development of concepts to ensure IT operations in accordance with ISO27001
- Detection and processing of security incidents
- First point of contact for internal and external employees and partners in the event of questions / errors / problems with the IT systems supported
- Documentation of the work carried out and changes in the systems provided for this purpose
- Observation of trends and new technologies in the area of IT security, including evaluation and introduction of new security solutions
