IT support employee (m / f / d)

Your tasks as an IT support employee (m / f / d)

  • B2B technical customer support
  • Contact person for IT-related inquiries from own employees
  • Administration Microsoft 365 environment
  • Sophos Firewall
  • Dynamics 365
  • Panda Antivirus / Defender

Your profile as an IT support employee (m / f / d)

  • Completed vocational training in the IT environment
  • Sound knowledge of the current Microsoft operating systems
  • Network knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Customer-friendly approach
  • Solution-oriented work
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Initial experience in telephone user support an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
