We´re looking for a dedicated account manager to find and maintain client accounts and serve as main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.
Lignin Industries is a young, innovative, and fast-growing company in the biotech sector. The company has patented a revolutionary technology transforming lignin, the most abundant unused biopolymer on earth, into a renewable and functional biomaterial replacing fossil-based plastics. The innovative technology has been selected for several fundings to support Lignin Industries expansion, such as European Innovation Fund, Swedish Energy Agency & Vinnova (Sweden´s innovation agency) for its superior potential to reduce CO2 emissions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED :
- Find new potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Communicate with potential & existing customers via telephone, email, and on-site visits.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any client updates.
- Work with the sales team and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Attend relevant conferences and trade shows.
In this role you will work as part of a cross-functional team. The role involves regular travel within Europe.
