Heute hat C.F. Møller ca. 300 Mitarbeitende. Unser Hauptsitz befindet sich in Aarhus / Dänemark, weitere Niederlassungen finden sich in Kopenhagen, Aalborg, Oslo, Stockholm, Malmö und Berlin.

Für unser Team im Berliner Büro suchen wir Verstärkung mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten für den Support im Office Management für ca. 15 Stunden pro Woche.

Deine Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten sind

  • Büroorganisation und Verwaltung :

Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Büroalltags.

  • Verwaltung und Einkauf von Bürobedarf, Lieferungen und Wartung von Bürogeräten.
  • Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Besprechungen und Geschäftsreisen.
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen und Kunden.
  • Bearbeitung der eingehenden Post und Korrespondenz (per E-Mail und Telefon).
  • Verwaltung von Terminen und Kalendern, inklusive Terminplanung und -koordination.
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Events
  • Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen.
  • Rechnungswesen und Buchhaltung :
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung, z. B. bei der Vorbereitung von Unterlagen.
  • Unterstützung Personalmanagement und Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalverwaltung (z. B. Führung der Urlaubslisten, Abwesenheitsmanagement).

  • Koordination und Organisation von Mitarbeiterschulungen und -events.
  • Fachliche Fähigkeiten :
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Organisationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit.
  • Persönliche Kompetenzen :
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.

  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit.
  • Lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise.
  • Stressresistenz und Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu erledigen.
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Sprachkenntnisse :
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse zur Kommunikation mit unseren anderen Offices
