Join us as an Information Security Manager in fostering a culture of security and resilience within BNEW. You'll play a key role in cross-organizational collaboration, ensuring critical risks are appropriately managed, and supporting all BNEW units in implementing Ericsson's security frameworks. This position is in Kista, Sweden, and part of BNEW Security Organization, reporting to Head of BNEW InfoSec Privacy and Sec Gov. You will join a small team of security and privacy specialists, the main responsibility areas are Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Security Governance and Security Risk Management.
What you will do :
- Cultivate a 'Security and Business Resilience' mindset within BNEW
- Lead BNEW Information Security core team and ensure alignment within BNEW units
- Drive and align Information security risk assessment (ISRA) and Statement of applicability (SOA) in BNEW
- Drive alignment between Information Security and IT Security in BNEW
- Drive operational excellence, continuous development and improvement of BNEW Information security posture
- Support BNEW units in adhering to Ericsson's Information Security frameworks
- Work closely with the global security organization
- Ensure critical risks in Information Security receive proper management attention, keep your manager and the BNEW Security Risk Manager informed about high-risk issues
- Support BNEW Information Security activities related to internal and external security assessments and audits
- Engage and influence stakeholders and leaders
