Tasks
What you can expect from us :
- Installation and configuration of servers, computers, networks and software.
- Monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure all systems are running efficiently and without interruption.
- Security management, including the implementation of firewalls, anti-virus programs and the regular updating of security policies to prevent hacker attacks and data loss.
- Troubleshooting system outages or technical issues to ensure systems are back up and running quickly
- Backup and recovery management to minimize data loss and ensure business continuity
- User support, helping with technical problems or questions from employees and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems
