Tasks

What you can expect from us :

  • Installation and configuration of servers, computers, networks and software.
  • Monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure all systems are running efficiently and without interruption.
  • Security management, including the implementation of firewalls, anti-virus programs and the regular updating of security policies to prevent hacker attacks and data loss.
  • Troubleshooting system outages or technical issues to ensure systems are back up and running quickly
  • Backup and recovery management to minimize data loss and ensure business continuity
  • User support, helping with technical problems or questions from employees and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems

Qualification

You'll impress with this profile :

  • Completed computer science studies, IT training or career changer
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking as well as an independent way of working
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies we use : Microsoft Active Directory with GPO, DNS and DHCP; Microsoft 365 and Exchange; Microsoft Terminal Server with FSLogix, Gateway and 2FA; Microsoft Azure; Microsoft SQL Server; SonicWall with VPN, NAT, IPS, GAV and DHCP; Dell Wyse Management and Dell ThinClients; Openstack
  • You live near Ahrensburg and are willing to help us on site with IT support, in exceptional cases also on weekends You keep a cool head and act calmly and reliably, even in challenging situations
