The successful candidate will be responsible for preserving the assets and financial stability of the company through effective loan management.

Role
Manage the loan departmentMaintain full responsibility for collections.Manage and facilitate resolution of consumer loans that are not performing or distressed.Perform timely follow up action on missed payments.Analyse the extent of potential loss created by a troubled loan.Assist underwriters.Review loan files for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.Schedule loan signings.Review cross selling opportunities.Develop and utilise pipeline management systems.Prepare closure documents.Manage workflow documents to maintain maximum efficiency.Train staff on the fundamentals of mortgage lending and obtaining a loan.Visit branches to assist in training courses.Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.Requirements
Degree in Finance / Accounting.Minimum of 10 years managerial experience in a financial setting.Exceptional understanding of loan processes.Thorough knowledge of real estate principles, practices, rules, and regulations.Knowledge of residential mortgages.Skill, aptitude, and interest in sales.Strong IT user.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.Fluent in Swedish and English.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people.Ability to act independently and confidentially, using discretion and tact.Ability to analyse situations and recommend workable solutions.Ability to coordinate a variety of activities and prioritise work.Ability and desire to work in a team environment.Willingness to travel.Skills Provision is an ethical international recruitment agency, as such our adverts do not discriminate with regards to age, race, gender, colour, creed, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and nationality.
