Senior Product Delivery Specialist

As a Senior Product Delivery Specialist reporting to the AVP of Product Management, you’ll play a meaningful role and will work closely with other Product Delivery team members, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Software Developers, and QA Engineers, to build solutions (Eqlipse Clearing solution which provides the infrastructure to CCPs and clearinghouses worldwide, including trade & position management, settlement, risk & price management, and other mission-critical functions, as a standalone product or integrated multi-product solution) for our clients, working with groundbreaking technologies in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the Vision – Translate the product strategy into a roadmap, metrics, and desired functionality expressed as requirements in the product backlog

Translate Desires – Communicate the voice of the customer to the team and handle customer expectations as you turn their pains and problems into actionable items in the backlog. Provide guidance of product functionality to development teams

Prioritize Needs – Understand, define, and communicate the prioritization of product requirements with a mind toward business value, flow, and tradeoffs

Act as a Servant Leader – Actively review business risks, issues, & impediments expressed by the delivery team. Attend agile ceremonies to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap

Improve Quality – Build quality into acceptance criteria and accept all work increments produced by the development team. Supervise progress on release and completion. Integrate with the other business product lines and technology to align your product’s strategy with the overall needs advised by the business line and technology executives

Level of Complexity – Manage risks of judgment with a serious impact on the success of your product

Required Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Business / Finance, or a related subject area

Some years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager or in a similar client-facing role

Driven, curious, and value continuous learning

A person who takes initiative and ownership, while also collaborating with others

Confident in balancing multiple clients and stakeholders team member

Strong analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to communicate business activities and flows

Strong English language skills- additional languages are a plus

Experience working with agile methodologies is preferable

The ability to travel sometimes to customer sites in different parts of the world may be required

This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
