M365 Developer - SharePoint Online Specialist

Are you an M365 Developer with an interest in building modern, secure, and scalable solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform? We are looking for a SharePoint-focused developer who enjoys working with modern workplace technologies, collaborating with others, and continuously developing their skills.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint Online and M365 solutions, such as intranets, collaboration spaces, and business applications. You will work with modern SharePoint frameworks and integrations, help deliver clean and maintainable solutions, and support performance, security, and governance across the platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and more senior colleagues to deliver solutions that create real business value.

As our future M365 Developer, you will :

• Help translate business needs into well-structured technical solutions within Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online.
• Support and advise customers on best practices and usage of M365 in collaboration with senior team members.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of intranets and collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online and related M365 services.
• Configure, customise, and integrate M365 services to support business processes and user needs.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions, integrations, and documentation that contribute to secure and high-quality deliveries.
• Take responsibility for assigned development tasks from specification to deployment, working according to agile principles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of the platform.
• Troubleshoot and support M365 and SharePoint solutions to ensure stability, performance, and good user experience.

You are curious, proactive, and collaborative, and you enjoy learning from others while gradually taking more responsibility. You value teamwork and are motivated by improving both solutions and ways of working.

You have a solid understanding of how technical solutions support business needs and can explain your work clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with support when needed.

Your profile

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and 2–5 years of experience in a similar role. You are comfortable working in a hybrid / remote setup from anywhere in Sweden and enjoy collaborating closely with both customers and cross-functional teams. You should have excellent communication skills in Swedish  and at least an intermediate level of English.
