Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Resource Management : Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, allocate resources effectively, and ensure team members have the tools and support they need.
• Budget Oversight : Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that projects are completed within financial parameters.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and project goals.
• Reporting and Communication : Provide regular updates to stakeholders, senior management, and project teams on project progress, risks, and issues.
