Clinical Operations Manager

Join us at ProPharma as we are expanding our FSP offering and recruiting for a manager / senior manager, Clinical Operations (FSP) to be embedded with one of our key clients and be integral in the continued growth and success of our FSP operations.

This is a key role in which you will be embedded in our client’s team, managing a team of 8 TMF specialists, and ensuring the continued success of the client relationship, as key project metrics are hit, and performance is maintained.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in clinical research, ideally who has worked in an FSP model before, and has a strong track record of people management and client relationship management.

To Apply :

Strong soft skills, i.e., communication, listening, empathy, teamwork & leadership etc.

Client relationship management experience

Experience working with the TMF

Confidence and ability in handling complex projects

Veeva Vault experience

Trial Master File experience
