We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support team based in Athens, Greece . This role supports a fast-growing global e-commerce platform offering a wide variety of products at competitive prices, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless online shopping experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and general account support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, accurate, and timely solutions
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated cases
Requirements
