Your field of work includes :

• Conception and further development of an overall strategy for the personnel deployment planning systems (PEPS) of the Berlin Fire Department
• Development and definition of standards for the existing PEPS and the new systems to be developed
• Assigning IT infrastructure support with the supervision of the installation in coordination with IT infrastructure responsibility
• Conducting annual staff appraisals and staff development interviews as well as preparing performance appraisals
• Strategic personnel planning for the department and preparation of annual work plans
