Your next opportunity

As our CISO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, data, and operations. You will also be a key person in the implementation of the DORA regulation that is to come in effect by January with the aims to strengthen the digital security of financial institutions, including credit management companies such as Telia Finance. As CISO in Telia Finance you will work in a small and fast-paced company with a clear strategy to further utilize our Credit Marketing license. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of IT & Security.

Key responsibilities :

• Owner of key activities in the DORA implementation project.
• Develop, implement, and own steering policies, instructions and guidelines related to IT-security.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of security technologies and tools to protect against cyber threats and attacks.
• Monitor and analyse security incidents and develop incident response plans to minimize impact.
• Provide guidance and support to teams across the organization on security best practices and compliance requirements.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, we believe you have an IT background and possess at least three years of documented, relevant experience in a leading role within IT security. You have hands-on experience in cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks such as EBA ICT, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO 27001, and Privacy / GDPR. We also believe you have in-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection / prevention systems, as well as expertise in cloud security.

Telia Finance is a company regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority and is subject to specific accounting and regulatory requirements. These roles require at least one year of experience in a credit market company or a similar field.
